You never pay more than you save.
For every process: the build price is at most the savings of the first twelve months after launch.
How we measure
- Before: together, we measure today's effort.
- After: we measure the time freed up and the money saved.
- Valued at a rate per role agreed in advance.
- Counts: measured working time freed up, valued at the agreed rate per role, plus direct costs that have actually fallen.
- Deducted: remaining work and necessary new costs, for example for AI tools and operation.
- Does not count towards the build price: support and maintenance. Planning and shared foundations are counted once and allocated to the processes as agreed.
- Time freed up is capacity for other work, not automatically lower payroll costs.
- We set out the exact terms per process in writing in the proposal.
